Camp Cory’s Dining Hall facility is the hub of camp activity and excitement. Campers come together in the summer to enjoy delicious food, their cabinmates’ company, Taco Night, and often, dancing, singing, and cheering. Whether you’re joining us for Summer Camp or any of our Fall and Spring programs, you’ll feel the energy of this building!
Healthy Options and Alternatives
Camp Cory strives to provide healthy, camper-friendly options at every meal. All meals include a hot entree as well as several alternatives. Breakfasts boast fruit, yogurt, and hot and cold cereal on our salad bar. Lunches and dinners always include a vegetarian entree as well as a full salad bar. Our chefs strive to provide the best options for your camper and family.
A Rich History
The Camp Cory dining hall was renovated in 2005, but the building was standing for decades before that. Upon entering, you’ll find original murals, past award recipients, and historic camp photos. You can almost feel the presence of campers and counselors of the past filling this building with the energy of our campers today!
Family-Style Meals
Campers at Cory enjoy all their meals served Family Style. This means that cabin groups get to enjoy time each day sitting, eating, and talking without the distraction of technology. One camper per day is assigned to be the waiter for their cabin and is responsible for setting the table, bringing their cabin platters of food, and cleaning up following the meal.
