Scheduled Activities: 9:00 – 4:15

Overnight Camp check in begins at 2pm on Sundays. Because it is our goal to make sure your experience at camp is a pleasant one, parents and guardians are asked to confirm all of their forms have been submitted on the Parent Dashboard before arriving to camp:
Parents and guardians will receive an email from the camp office confirming your child’s village placement. This will let you know where to go when you arrive at Camp Cory. You will receive your child’s cabin placement in the village.
If your child will be taking medications during their time at camp, you will be asked to meet with our Camp Medical Directors. This will give you the opportunity to drop off your child’s medications and make sure everything is in order.
When you check in your child, you will receive a Security Pass that will be needed to pick up your child.
If you have signed up for transportation, the Camp Cory office will contact you to confirm all of your details before you arrive at camp:
Transportation Safety Rules:
Parents and guardians picking up their children should try to arrive at Camp Cory between 9:30am and 11:00am on Saturday mornings. Parents can go right to their child’s cabin, and will be asked to show their Security Pass and identification before picking up their child. Please go to the office if you have misplaced your Security Pass. Please note, any individuals picking up a camper who are not the parents or guardians must be identified as emergency contacts in their camper’s account or listed in writing to pick up the camper.
Each Sunday before a session begins, Camp Cory offers early check in and tours for Day Campers from 5:30 – 7 PM. If you don’t plan on coming to camp Sunday, extended morning care begins at 7AM on Monday at the Pavilion. You will meet with the Day Camp Director and your camper’s counselors while looking through their weekly schedule.
Please be sure all necessary forms have been submitted prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check in for your family.
Programmed time for Day Campers ends at 4:15, but access to the Camp Store and afternoon extended care is offered until 6PM. Parents, guardians, and authorized pick up persons should go straight to the Pavilion to pick up your camper. You’ll be asked to show an ID and sign your camper out with the Day Camp Director.
